The Role

As a Junior Stylist, you will:

  • Create a welcoming and inspiring store experience by engaging customers in a meaningful, personal way—listening, styling, and helping them find pieces that fit their lives.
  • Drive sales through an authentic and thoughtful approach. We don't believe in commission-based selling, but we do believe in helping customers make confident, informed purchases.
  • Communicate with clients both in person and online through thoughtful styling advice, product knowledge, and excellent customer support.
  • Maintain the shop floor setup and ensure the space reflects our brand standards at all times.
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media that brings the in-store experience to life.
  • Use internal tools (including Basecamp and Omnisend) to stay connected with the team and support client communications.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Take initiative—anticipate what needs to be done and do it, without being asked.

Job Details

  • Location: In-person, Little Portugal – 1396 Dundas St. West / Historic Distillery District – 15 Trinity Street. Scheduling across both locations depends on staffing needs.
  • Schedule: 4–20 hours/week, includes weekends and some holidays
  • $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Experience: Fashion retail: Minimum 1 year (preferred)
