Exchange & Return Policy

We’re sorry that your Hoi Bo purchase didn’t work out as you’d hoped. We’ve outlined our return and exchange process below for your convenience. Should you have any questions or need assistance with your return, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@hoibo.com.


Online Purchases

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We’re happy to accept returns for a refund or store credit (in the form of a gift card), as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Refunds to credit cards: Due to recent changes in credit card fees, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If refunded as store credit, the full amount will be issued.
  • To begin the return process, please email us at hello@hoibo.com to request a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Your refund/store credit will be processed once we’ve received and approved your return.
  • Return shipping charges for online orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Return conditions for online purchases:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be free of any perfumes or scents.
  • Bags and accessories can only be returned for store credit.
  • Masks and socks/hosiery are final sale.

Additional Information:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We cannot refund any customs fees, as they are charged by your country’s tax office.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Hoi Bo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. Items not meeting the policy may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not include paper invoices or return slips in your original packaging. If you wish to return an item, please follow the return instructions outlined above.


In-Store Purchases and Special Order Requests

In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit in the form of a gift card, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, or returned for store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.

To return or exchange an in-store purchase, simply bring the item to us, and we’ll assist you in completing the process. If you ordered online but prefer to return your items in-store, please contact us at hello@hoibo.com first for return authorization.

Please note that our exchange policies for Life/Life resale pieces differ from our regular collection. These items are subject to the following terms:

  • Bags and accessories: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
  • Clothing: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
