For most, the around body measurement will be the only measurement you'll need to get the intended fit. The around body measurement should be 2-4" smaller than your actual measurement.

The measurements in the size charts are taken from the garment when lying flat and unstretched.
This material has stretch and offers a good deal of support for women with a full bust. Most women find they are able to wear this top without a bra.
